They are inclusive and demonstrate high commitment to delivering high quality work while maintaining an inclusive and engaging culture. The leadership demonstrate a real and authentic people first approach that views people as people and professionals.

      Cons

      As a relatively young company, Teraflow are growing and changing. Rapidly. So, things are not stagnant for long and new business processes are being ideated and developed everyday. Although not a con, this can sometimes be difficult for people who require strong, stagnant structure and process.
