      Pros

      Family owned business and the family who works there are all great. Many of the workers are great too. Really liked the function of my role. Good benefits. Lots to learn.

      Cons

      You are given about 10 minutes of training then expected to properly do your job without mistakes. Management was an absolute nightmare (rude, disrespectful, and antagonistic).t Align yourself with management by tattling on others and always telling them they are right (even when they are not) or consider yourself burned at the stake. Turnover was really bad. Dysfunctional environment.

      Pros

      Home/work life. Health benefits Yearly Raise up to 3% Holidays off including all the eves and black Friday, if 4th of July, Xmas eve and day and NYE and NYD fall on a weekend you will still receive 2 days off during the work week.M-F. 401k 50% match.

      Cons

      Management favoritism towards certain employees. Willing to reward an employee with high absenteeism and late more days of the year than they are on time with higher compensation than an employee able to perform that same job and with more seniority.

      It's difficult to do your job effectively when not given the proper tools or work environment. Sometimes the atmosphere is hostile
