This company hires a lot based on friends and family of the owners. We got a new manager strictly because she was sleeping with a guy who worked in HR and was also the owner's cousin. She was horrible. This chain of restaurants is also very Italian, so they spoke Italian in-store. Yet, they wouldn't let other staff speak their native languages in store unless it was either English or Italian.
