Pros
The company is growing and the future looks bright - opportunity to advance the career if you are willing to step-up. Friendly and casual work environment. Interesting hands-on work - but can be stressful sometimes.
Cons
Work can be very busy and overwhelming sometimes... Small business environment and ask to wear more than one "hat" - can be a good thing for some people, but not so for the others.

Many. Including owner returning from retrirement. Surround yourself with people who care. Not selfish thieves.
Cons
Leaving president in role for to long. Departing president destroying trust and morale.
