Really long onboarding which actually is hands-on training on multiple tools and technologies. The up-skilling actually starts with programming language as fundamentals. Rigorous and differentiating compared to my previous companies. 2. Flexibility of work - Majority of project allows HYBRID work which makes it easy for family person like me to balance work and life. If someone is working more than 9 hours certainly they are either slacking or struggling 🤪 3. Smart peers - you get to work with some of the smart peers in industry and best product development companies as clients. The client list is very impressive and work profile is just amazing. Just that those clients have their own tech interview which you need to pass to work on (which is like frustrating at times). 😇 4. Competitive Salary - Higher salary than most of the service based companies. Though product based companies pays lot more but then you also get into silos while working for them. 5. No Hierarchy - By no hierarchy I mean I can approach anyone right from HR Head to Director and to the Founders directly and they are almost present on floor working alongside. But the constraint is to be in Bangalore office to work with them. Remote offices are just seating spaces lacking office vibes. 😐 6. Work Env & Policies - Work env is good mix of work and play. They do have some games on the floor to lighten up the mood. Policies are bare minimum to make you focus at work and no frills. If you are really craving for long HR policies please do join any big 5. For start up of 120 + company they have decent set of policies. Overall lot of happy faces around at least in Bangalore office. Thank you to the HR team and leadership to maintain that vibe. If you are about to join this company don't hesitate to drop in for a face to face or feel the vibe. It's the most happening place in Testing space, undoubtedly.
