Pros

You do get to see the fast paced 24-hour work of a manufacturing line. Also the pay was still on par with the avg. entry level mechanical engineer job (as a 60hr work week though.)

Cons

Poor Managament, lack of engineering involvement, stuck as a line operator, little room to exceed expectations since all work is dependent on the random success of the paper machine.

Pros

Easy job with decent pay. Every other weekend off and never work more than 3 days in a row.

Cons

No real management. HR doesn't really seem too reliable at times. Not an Engineering job even though they try to make it sound like one. No flexibility in shifts.
