Pros

Pay is some what decent and work is overall good.

Cons

Toxic people everywhere. You think people are nice but really this is like high-school, they're just there for the gossip they will go spread. Managers are hit or miss. There's one very special Manager that has made multiple people cry because she is just that awful. My advice these people are not your friends, do your job and keep your head low

Great, friendly place to work

Pros

This has been a really great place to work. I hear chatter that things are much different now than in years past. I'm not sure what the past was, but it is a very family-oriented atmosphere. The CEO is very down to earth, very easy to talk with. The man that I think owns the bank (or controls it) is much older, and very nice and engaging. Employees have baby showers here; they have big celebrations for birthdays. My first week there, about a dozen different people came by to say hello and ask if I had any questions. I very much like this bank. You get a lot of PTO just the first day you're there. And the health benefits are very good. I'm in sales, so no micro managing at all. the commission structure is a little behind what the industry offers, but it's all good enough. It truly feels like a family here. And this bank does seem to exude its mission statement.

Cons

The building in SW Fort Worth is kind of old; parking can be a challenge as it shares a parking lot with another property. The commute sucks, but that's not the bank's fault.
