Pros

Small business camaraderie, generous PTO

Cons

Payroll is always messed up, they won’t pay you right. Backwards leadership, possibly racist. Definitely discriminatory, absolutely no inclusivity; just look at their leadership. You wonder why a bank that primarily serves Hispanic regions does not have one Hispanic in a leadership role. Management can’t even speak Spanish. Non-progressive small town banks should stay in small towns. If you go to HR, she just writes on her notebook and doesn’t get back to you, I guess that’s what you can expect when the CEO only hires the CHRO because they go to church together, I think she’s a public speaker not a chief. Great stepping stone. Since HR is non existent, it’ll take them months before they realize mistakes or bad apples on the team

Pros

Hard to come up with one.

Cons

Management never leads by example, cares about profits and stock holders only. Upon termination failed to advise me or proper COBRA vendor costing me over $55,000 in out of pocket medical expenses.
