Consistently under staff with careless management disorganised and confused working systems they don’t allow you to improve… 100unnecesary training they keep repeating that you have to take shower ‘cause you are the face of the company 3training of 1of your free time. For some positions almost no chance to step out of ship. Unnecessary war between different departments.
