      The best reason to work there are the benefits. Pto and health insurance

      Cons

      Constantly monitored on cameras to the point where they would call you if you didn’t do something right or didn’t answered the phone right away.

      Great colleagues. Benefits are good. People with good hearts are here. Management is heartless.

      Cons

      Upper Executive Management is clueless how to manage and motivate team members. Beatings will continue until morale improves mentality.

      Making a Difference

      Pros

      I like working for the Blood Connection because I like to make a positive difference in the lives of others. While my Grandma was alive she had chronic leukemia and I always wanted to give back by being a platelet donor. Unfortunately, I am HLA+ so I'm unable to donate platelets but I do love that I can save 3 lives with each blood donation.

      Cons

      Hearing that the majority of people don't donate because they "don't have time" or aren't being given the right incentives is heartbreaking to me. Why can't people donate because it is the right thing to do?
