Thank you for leaving your review, and we're sorry you had a negative experience with us. We've recognised our flaws and we're working hard to overcome them. For some time now, we have been taking on lots of complex (but exciting!) projects from clients. This demand in work took all of our focus, and admittedly we did lose sight of things like recognition and rewards. Now, as part of our process of overcoming and improving, we have put a huge drive on recruiting more talented people so that we aren't under pressure with client projects and can focus more on ensuring our team has a great experience with us. We have also had a reshuffle so that projects are better organised, and each team has a dedicated leader who is focused on both the wellbeing of the team, ensuring each team member feels valued and the success of the department. Once again, we're sorry for the experience you had with us, but we've worked hard to turn this around and will continue to do so. Our team is the most important part of our business.
