Pros

I have only been with CI Group for a couple of months and have already learnt so much! - A great team who make you feel welcome - A range of talent across the different agencies, meaning great collaboration across the company - High profile brands and clients - Flexible working hours - Lovely spacious office in the town centre with free parking! - Weekly colleague recognition - Regular team social events and lunches!

Cons

Work can sometimes be a little repetitive (which has mainly been due to making sure I am fully trained). However, as I am learning new things every day, there has been more opportunities to get on board with exciting tasks and projects!

Interesting but terrible

Pros

- All your hard work and extra time you spend on a project will be rewarded with a little voucher, if you are lucky enough to even get recognised. This should really be a con but at least you do get some recognition. - Personal development plans were good for career progression... but dont expect to get a good pay rise out of it though - great co workers (mostly, you will learn who you can and cant trust pretty quick)

Cons

- bad pay - terrible management - the amount of un paid overtime they expect is ridiculous. I was getting to work for 8am and leaving about 11pm most days - ridiculous deadlines forcing you to work out of hours

Hi there, Thank you for leaving your review, and we're sorry you had a negative experience with us. A lot has progressed since 2018; we've recognised our flaws and have made the necessary steps to overcome them. For some time now, we have been taking on lots of complex (but exciting!) projects from clients. This demand in work took all of our focus, and admittedly we did lose sight of things like recognition, rewards and pay rises. Now, as part of our process of overcoming and improving, we have put a huge drive on recruiting more talented people so that we aren't under pressure with client projects and can focus more on ensuring our team has a great experience with us. We have also had a reshuffle so that projects are better organised, and each team has a dedicated leader who is focused on both the wellbeing of the team and the success of the department. In addition to this, we offer several benefits like quarterly bonuses, fully paid external training, monthly team incentives, etc. Once again, we're sorry for the experience you had with us, but we've worked hard to turn this around and will continue to do so. Our team is the most important part of our business.
