Pros
Good location, I learned few things but only on my own and doing my personal research
Cons
Micromanaging environment, not freedom on doing tasks, the team is very close and not open to new people. Everyone jump on your tasks, there was not clear plan once joined, not clear goals from my line manager at the beginning only asking things and not giving any help. Also, the company went trough reconstruction and few people were made redundant. Not really a nice environment to work with
