      - welcoming environment - great opportunities to learn - senior therapists always willing to help - collaborative team always willing to help

      - obviously not all staff will always get along - pay could be better

      - staff work collaboratively - given the opportunity to put teachings into practice with support of ST close by to correct when wrong - constant opportunities to grow and continue learning - staff is very friendly

      not everyone is going to get along with everybody - pay could be slightly better

      Pros

      In my opinion, I do not understand why so many have rated this place poorly. I had a great experience working here, the staff were friendly, management was kind and really accommodating for days off/sick. I know not everyone has the same experiences as me but I really enjoyed it.

      Cons

      It was yes a fast paced environment so prepare yourself for that, I thought I was paid fairly, but the starting wage could be more.
