Pros

Good people and good environment until we are going good with se or other prople

Cons

I would like to share my honest experience regarding the work culture and management practices within the organization. The company has good potential and talented employees, but there are several serious concerns that impact employee morale, productivity, and overall work-life balance. One of the major issues is the internal politics between old employees and new employees. Instead of promoting collaboration and teamwork, the environment often feels highly competitive and divided. Even internal contests and activities are creating unnecessary comparison and pressure among employees rather than encouraging healthy team spirit. Another major concern is the meeting culture and leadership approach. Meetings are frequently scheduled without a proper agenda or preparation time for employees. In many cases, discussions go on for one or two hours with a lot of unnecessary conversations, while the actual important agenda is discussed only for 10–15 minutes. This creates frustration, confusion, and unnecessary time pressure on employees. Leadership at senior or director level should focus more on clarity, planning, and respecting employees’ time. Workload expectations are also very high. Employees are often expected to handle excessive work without proper planning, prioritization, or support. This creates stress and affects both productivity and mental well-being. The onboarding and resignation process is another concern. New employees are asked to sign long-term contracts (around 2 years), and if someone wishes to resign for a better opportunity or personal growth, the process becomes difficult. Employees may be asked to pay penalties or wait for long release timelines, which can result in losing better career opportunities. A positive work culture should retain employees through growth and support rather than pressure and restrictions. Employee health and personal situations are also not handled with enough empathy. Even when employees are working efficiently from their hometown or remote location, they are often forced to relocate to Pune and continue office work. In many situations, even during family emergencies or health-related issues, employees are still expected to come to the office without proper flexibility or understanding from management. The organization should focus more on teamwork, transparency, employee well-being, proper communication, structured meetings, and healthy leadership practices. A supportive and respectful work culture will help employees perform better and stay motivated for the long term. At the same time, there are a few individuals in the organization who genuinely try to maintain positivity, quality, and teamwork, and such efforts should be appreciated and encouraged more.
