Pros

Benefits, great co-workers and good managers. Opportunities to learn more through in-house workshops and industry "field trips". Standard industry pay rates but tips are great.

Cons

Aging infrastructure can lead to operational problems (leaky ceilings etc). Evening/weekend nightclub crowds are not fun to deal with, not nice people. Difficult to advance to other positions. Problems with inter-departmental communication. Staff areas are very small, crowded and difficult to get through during peak periods.

Fairly consistent work hours, Employee discount, Fun & interesting brand

Cons

- Poor communication all around - Requests for necessary supplies are often ignored or put on hold - The company boasts about prioritizing its employees, yet almost all of the "perks" (free coffee, meal discounts) are only applied to the Queen Street Location. Despite what they say, there is very little room for growth. - There were major errors in the some of the computer systems, which failed to be addressed over the course of several months. This ended up disadvantaging countless customers, but management didn't really seem to care.

I don't really have any pros but I will say they had free lunch intel Thursday

Cons

Extremely abusive management and supervision also they didn't offer any brake only a 30min lunch brake a lot of times they will call you in between your lunch causing you to loose your lunch brake, also very dirty environment to work in.
