Pros

I've made lifelong friends while working here, met a few boyfriends, and wasted a few years. As far as I'm concerned this job only benefitted me socially. Ever. Oh, and a lot of free food. Which I needed because the pay was so bad.

Cons

Compensation is awful and shady. Often drive long distances without being reimbursed. General dirty premises.

- Extremely flexible with scheduling - High income for low hours - Weekends only - One of a kind concept in regards to the building and setup creates an all inclusive experience with a ton of entertainment, food, drink, music, and atmosphere options in one place - Well known company

Cons

- HR is basically non-existent - Extremely inconsistent in management tactics - Unprofessional demeanor and blurry separation between personal/professional opinions regarding decision making
