Avoid this company at all costs and do not trust them. They will mentally drain you and management is non-existent, considering they are all brainwashed. Management will make up fake titles, many show up to work at 10 am and leave at 2 pm or not even show up at all. The CEO has the brain the size of a peanut, doesn't know which way is up. You will be backstabbed, lied to, and treated like trash. If you're interviewing for this company please stop and considering something else, if you were recently hired, go back to your old job. Take this review seriously. I am telling you. PS Glassdoor, I've heard in the past this company has reached out and told you to take negative reviews down. Well, if you do, you will be violating my first amendment right. This review is clearly important! Thank you.

There was literally no plan. Ever. We never released any content worth viewing. There was at least a bi-weekly meeting about literally nothing. Multiple very annoying slack channels. A graphics redesign every other day. Too much quality control. Complete lack of vision, commitment, organization, resourcefulness, creativity - absolute shitshow.
