Pros
Ridiculous amounts of mandatory overtime and Saturdays, if you see that as a plus A commitment to safety rules that borders on obsessive (and still people are injured)
Cons
Bullies for presidents, bullies for management, bullies in the office. A rigid and unforgiving workflow that will not allow you to learn anything new. A filthy environment to try and eat your lunch in. Poor air quality. Old and unreliable welding equipment. Remarkably poor hourly pay that is hardly helped by the innumerable hours you will work.
