I visited this site out of interest. I am very disappointed to find that as well as genuine posting of views it is clearly being used by someone who didn't get what they wanted from the company and are now trying to bring it into disrepute. I worked at Insider over 3 years ago. They have recently welcomed me back in a freelance capacity. From what I have seen it is the same professional well managed business it was when I worked there full time and I am glad they have given me the change to come back. Whilst I was at Insider I suffered serious personal situation. The support I had was superb. They do offer career progression. I was offered promotion and shown what I needed to do so get promoted . It was for personal reasons that I left and didn't take the promotion offered. When things changed the management team were supportive and changed the plan for me to suit my new needs. It is sad that this site is being used by someone who clearly didn't get what they believed they should have got from the manager / management. They are now doing all they can to damage the business. It says more about them than the company. I wouldn't have gone back to Insider if I had found any of the vile comments being made were true. I am not the only ex-employee to return to Insider - so what does that say about the business and how it is run?
