      No free food/drink, no room for progression just one manager, extensive compulsory cleaning list every day regardless of busy days, employees not treated fairly

      They sacked me for absolutely no reason after 3 months and didn't even tell me why, eventhough I asked multiple times

      Good flexible hours with chilled attitude to work. Good management. Company is growing. Free wrap on every shift with discounts on others.

      Cons

      Little opportunity to move anywhere within the role because there is no way to properly excel. Physically demanding and tiring.
