Pros

-Lot's of free junk food snacks. -Most people don't have to work a full 40 hours. -If managers like you, then you can bring your children to work with you. -No forced over time.

Cons

-Way too many managers, because it's the only option to promote someone in most roles. -Micro managing call center culture. -Major differences in pay between equal employees. -Management shamelessly favors their inner circle of friends. -Management purposely puts little effort into informing small mom and pop companies that they have stepped in as middle man, so they can earn interest. -There are many examples of them deliberately dragging their feet returning other peoples money to squeak out a little more interest. -Multiple employees to each call center pod. -Lots of useless meetings full of hot air. -Benefits are barely acceptable. -Every employee has access to every customers passwords.
