Corporate training is a mess. There is absolutely no structure. Franchisees expect one manager to hold up their entire business with promises of advancement, though there isn't any. There is absolutely no consistency from store to store due to lack of direction and management not being given what they need or deserve. The concept will not last if they don't figure out their issues and quickly.

This company is a joke! The training department is a joke! So, let's start there. 95% classroom training and it was put together so very elementary. Their training is set up for people who have never been managers in the restaurant world or for Certified Trainers becoming Shift Managers. The training team is comical and did not like to be corrected. The Catering book and most recipes were wrong and all recipes need to be re-written in one format. It is all over the place for measurements. Standards or lack there of are obvious at their training location, which houses the training team, or did. Chicago location closed 2 weeks ago. Corporate trainer used lots of profanity during training and got extremely upset vocally when they couldn't remember portion sizes 2 days in. Marketing thinks FB ads are all you need to do. Marketing team only came out once. No one cares about standards, training, systems to improve upon, the people, the process, and the product. No Culture!!! Frozen Green beans? Really? This group of coffee shop reject-moron's will sink this brand. Worst mistake of my career and worst company!
