      Pros

      Very diverse in terms of people, backgrounds, work experience and schools of thought. TSHC is a very nurturing environment with a lot of support and positivity, and a great inter-department working system. Benefits are also fantastic.

      Pros

      Most of the people are cool & culture forward. You’ll work on very cool entertainment industry projects.

      Cons

      Your experience at springhill is extremely contingent on what team you’re on. If you’re on a team with a great leader & teammates, you’ll have a good time here. If you land on a team with a poor leader that doesn’t set you up for success with no resources & pits team members against each other, you’ll have a bad time. There’s rampant favoritism, lack of resources & bandwidth galore, though. Tread carefully.
