      Good service for clients but uncertainty over business strategic direction

      Pros

      Genuinely felt like the Ad Ops service added a huge amount of value to clients The team in India felt engaged and always wanted to do great work for clients As a salesperson, I felt like I could trust the team in India which was hugely important

      As a salesperson, it felt like the Product/Services suite on offer was limited and I lost interest

      I don't see any Pros except that Mysore weather.

      Cons

      - Very Disgusting working environment for the decent people. - Most of the TLs are unqualified and indecent. - There is no cell to handle employees concerns. - They don't take employees seriously. - They discriminate yet pretend nothing happened. - If TLs can't beat you then they will bring it to their cheap level. - Don't ever share your idea with your TL or Junior HRs. If you do then they shamelessly steal your idea
