      Pros

      It's fantastic to build and work on apps that make a real difference to peoples lives, especially so when hearing positive comments and feedback from user reviews. Great office culture and found it enjoyable to work alongside all my colleagues. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. Teamwide involvement when designing new features for products. Yearly salary reviews and opportunity for promotions. It is a great entry into the industry to build up experience. Every day brought a new challenge; there was always something new to work on.

      Cons

      The pace of development is very fast, which can be stressful at times - especially in the run up to a big release. Tight budgets and deadlines which could result in overtime to deliver and meet requirements.

      Pros

      A vibrant and diverse team, consisting of enthusiastic members who strive to do well. It's great working for a company whose products are designed to help and enhance the lives of people who are unable to or struggle to communicate. As a small company, you have the options available to diversify your skills and pick up tasks you may not have thought you'd do. Your voice can be heard and your ideas and opinions can help shape future products. The internships available offer a great insight into the app development industry and learn more about your field while on-the-job.

      Cons

      The company could benefit from more senior developers available to help push project architecture and process in the right direction. The salaries available are generally below average of a typical digital agency based in London.

      Therapy Box is a great environment for those looking to work somewhere with a lively and dynamic team, on new technologies, making products that can literally change people's lives. When the job gets really tough and stressful, everyone puts in the work and pulls through to reach those moments that really reward you for the work you have put in. You see this especially with the type of user's we create products for and the types of feedback we receive.

      Cons

      There is a lack of brainstorming and we could do with more exercises centred around learning and using new technologies.
