      Pros

      Being at R&D center, the scope of work that the company deals with is very wide. Gives a lot of opportunity to learn the most trending things in the market. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Not a big pay master. Volatile to the market fluctuations in terms of order order booking and in turn that defines the job safety in the company.

      Reputed products like Boilers, Chillers etc.-almost like monopoly in some markets HR policies like Parental leave, marriage bonus,leave accessibility etc

      Cons

      Very high internal politics. Only managers work here not leaders. Very poor administration & IT support. Very slow monetary growth. Promotions/Incentive all are manipulated as per manager preference
