      Great Place to Work – Strong work-life balance

      Pros

      A high priority for me was for an employer to provide flexible work arrangements where work-life balance is respected. I feel Think Pipeline provides that balance and is also a place where I can earn well. The commission structure is amazing and there is the chance if weekly targets are hit to have Fridays off!

      Having previously worked at Think Pipeline, I chose to return, and for good reason. I missed the supportive environment, positive company culture, and collaborative team. Think Pipeline offers a workplace where employees are treated with respect, and work-life balance is genuinely valued. Enjoying your role and feeling supported are important, and this company delivers on both. I’m glad to be back and look forward to continuing my growth here.

      Pros

      I have been working at Think Pipeline for over a year now. I enjoy working here as there is a great team spirit, people genuinely enjoy working and supporting each other. The incentives work well too. Really calm professional environment. Our customers are top global names which helps when calling on behalf of them. Hybrid working, suits my lifestyle but its great coming into the office to see everyone.
