      Ok for freshers. Not good for experienced.

      Pros

      Because it is small profile company, has Friendly environment and easy approach. Less work stress and casual surround. Join only if you not getting jobs elsewhere, but don't stay longer.

      Cons

      Not exposure to career and knowledge growth as they have very less projects. Management is poor (untrustworthy). Poor infrastructure (they don't even had printer back then to print letters for employee) Less facilities and salary.

      1. Good For Fresher, you can learn many things . 2. Good Projects , Working on latest technologies.

      Cons

      1. No Proper Management 2. No HR 3. No Employee satisfaction. 4. They consider employee as a liability & not as an asset. 5. No value of employee 6. Zero motivation.
