The AR technology field is very interesting. Unfortunately, ThirdEye seems more interested in being a follower rather than an actual innovator.

Cons

Management at ThirdEye has very little expertise in their technical field. This wouldn't be a deal breaker if they listened to the advice of their technical SMEs. Unfortunately, the lack of technical strategy, or discipline, results in products that are more akin to rough prototypes of other people's good ideas.

Salary paid by a government contractor parent company Banc3. I’m pretty sure ThirdEye is a tax write off for them.

Cons

All of these reviews are likely fake and paid for just like every award bought by CEO’s parents. This company is a joke and everything they do is sketchy and corrupt. Work here if you want to lie to the public and screw over customers on the daily. No real engineering done here, just white labeling 3 years ago tech and denying customers returns.

As a growing company, Thirdeye Zen can sometimes face the typical growing pains such as shifting priorities and resource allocation. However, the management is always open to feedback and continuously works to improve processes.
