      Pros

      They are very flexible regarding your work schedule. The focus was more on my accomplishing tasks at hand, rather than the specific hours I worked. I've also learnt more there than at any other prior job. Sad I had to move and change jobs.

      Cons

      My job was quite challenging at times. ThisWay Global is a startup so there are lot of things in the works. The work day is unpredictable at times. Pay is on the lower side but it was still my favourite job.

      Pros

      Working at ThisWay, it's the possibility to have flexible timetable, very diversified work and good time with the international team. As a French person, working in a start-up with only English speakers has been the best training for my English improvement.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work late, you never know how your day is going to be like because it's a start-up, so a real challenge. But every time we have hard and long day, we have always day off after to rest.
