Cons
Higher management only understands quotas 3rd shift backdoor floor supervisor interactions are generally negative to the extreme Retaliatory write-ups Only 16hrs of PTO a year, and only 3.3 hours of sick time accrued a month They will punish you for being efficient by finding you extra work to do, while rewarding mediocrity with less scrutiny. Aka looking busy is better than being good at your job.
