Pros

If you're part of the in crowd, you'll be treated well, lots of drinks, lots of parties, lots of events. Until you find yourself out of the inner circle.

Cons

A massive number of very talented, brilliant colleagues are fired (and paid off with a very tight NDA). The owner is a bully. People are to scared to innovate in case they make a mistake and lose their job. They are making huge losses.

Unlimited holiday. That’s literally it.

Cons

Weirdest place I’ve ever worked. Small mentality, totally lacking ability to see beyond the inner circles point of view, and extremely cliquey. NDAs coming out their ears. Something not right there at all.

Cons

I was excited to start my role and was told I had a lot of skills they needed. I was given very little direction and left to figure out a lot of stuff on my own. Having received only positive feedback, I was told out of the blue that I was being let go after 3 months due to performance. It sounds like this is part of the culture there where management would rather fire and replace you then give you honest feedback about your performance. Awful place, wouldn't recommend.
