      Pros

      HR and senior managers (VP level) excellent at listening to staff's concerns. Good career advancment.

      Cons

      J. Biermann based in Belgium was one of the worst 'managers' i have ever had the displeasure to come across. She was nothing short of a bully and had an incredibly terrible rep amongst staff.

      Great benefits Good holiday allocation 5 days a week but Fridays you finish early Flexible working Study and progression Very modern offices They like to evolve product Always look at new ideas and processes Pay one of the best in Cambridgeshire Committed to the environment Fruit in the office Free drinks and proper ground coffee Great working environment Fantastic company events and parties HR and managers care Head office Is in Sweden and are very professional If your a worker that cares about where you work you’ll love it here
