    I worked at Tibra

    Pros

Great environment. Super people. The underlying principles of sound investment should not alter from decade to decade, but the application of these principles must be adapted to significant changes in the financial mechanisms and climate.

    Cons

Most businesses change in character and quality over the years, sometimes for the better, perhaps more often for the worse. The investor need not watch his companies' performance like a hawk; but he should give it a good, hard look from time to time.

    I worked at Tibra

Base salary is good, some people are incredibly smart. Free lunch on offer is superb, decent facilities outside of working environment.

    I worked at Tibra

    Pros

Intelligent people, informal environment allows for better work life balance. Competitive base salary coupled with several benefits (free food canteen, weekly massages) make for a decent overall package.

    Cons

At times a hostile environment, feeding a very low morale across the business. Very limited room for progression, leading to high staff turnover with that knowledge and skill sets are lost and new joiners are often not given clear guidance or training.
