Pros

- Complimentary shows - Work from home

Cons

- No career progression, even when going above and beyond actual role working on priority projects that contribute to direct increase in revenue - No praise or recognition for major achievements (not even an email) - No work from home budget - Lack of transparency on bonuses/promotions, with both being pushed back constantly - Promotions are out of the question, names get lost when put forward

Training provided Free fruit on a certain day Combined hiring & training starts so can make friends easily

Unable to help customers, long winded process for escalations.

Pros

My line manager was great and been heard was a bonus as this is not allowed in most companys.

Cons

No staff appraisals, it's the employees only time to sit and express what the want to achieve and how they believe things are going within their role. When ask why not conduct these no one could state the reason. Poor management descision. No Career progression as staff turnover is low.
