Pros
I'm been meaning to write a review of ticketscript for some time now, and a few days before the Christmas Party I thought it's a good time to reflect on the year and in general the company. Pros: - Very engaged workforce, genuinely feels like we're all focused on achieving the best we can - Supportive senior management - they actually know what they're talking about and can offer helpful and insightful input - I feel like I'm learning lots and advancing my future career opportunities at the same time
Cons
I feel more could be done to help the minor territories feel more inclusive in the family, but a lot is done already on this, so it's not a major problem
