Pros

The work ethic is good and the employees are all friendly and helpful. The company is very 'family' orientated and allows everyone to feel part of the bigger picture. Senior/Board members are very open and approachable which is a rare commodity. The opportunity to learn new things (different depts) is a big plus too.
