Pros

Fellow team members were great. The job was fully flexible, so perfect for a parent.

Cons

The expectation over how much work employees could handle was completely unrealistic. Every day was like fighting fires.

Pros

- Kind team - Remote Working - Smart colleagues - Good pay - Flexible hours - Excellent HR Dep.

Cons

I entered the company during a time where there was a lot of changes to the companies structure: - Made it difficult to understand who was in charge of what. Over time I'm sure this will be fixed. - I needed to up skill within the company, and the training was poorly implemented. Relevant management agreed but did nothing to little to resolve it. Such a shame.

Pros

Fully remote working, choose your own work schedule, top of the line learning materials, extremely knowledgeable peers, support network of other media buyers, in house creative/copy departments makes life much easier, brilliant management, wide variety of clients

Cons

Workload can be full on with project management following on media buyers, some clients have unrealistic expectations, bonus is team performance based rather than individual
