      Pros

      The salaries paid by Tieto (the brand name of TietoEnator) are quite high and the management have a good attitude towards work & life balance. It's possible to work from home when necessary. The holitday entitlement is average.

      Cons

      Way behind the rest of the I.T. world and don't seem to care. View offshoring staff as the way forward. Senior management do not accept any form of responsibility. Periodic rounds of redundancies.

      Pros

      For me personally it's very close to home which has helped in the past few years with commitments at home.

      Cons

      There is a distinct lack of leadership and no investment in staff. If you are someone who continually learns new things this is not the place for you.
