Pros

The level of foolishness and chaos makes for excellent entertainment. If you ever have the misfortune of working here, sit back and enjoy the show! You will be amazed and find yourself asking "is this really happening?" on multiple occasions. The sheer volume of human folly is great for fans of tragicomedy.

Cons

Have you ever wanted to wake up with such a feeling of dread about going to work that you just lay in bed and stare the ceiling for an hour, asking yourself where it all went so wrong? Well that's the TigerConnect experience in a nutshell, folks. Whether its the toxic leadership, or the teammates that leave you wondering how they even got out of high school, or the tool that barely works, you'll have plenty of fodder for abject misery.

Pros

-flexible chill gig sometimes -some amazing teammates who will be lifelong friends

Cons

-horrible leadership and exec team. you learn a lot about management when someone leaves or tries to leave. this is the only time they will try to show they care. they treat previous employees who worked hard for many years like crap, or employees who they have decided they no longer need due to changes in management. they preach transparency and empathy but do not practice this. issues stem from leadership.

Good product, great people, poor management team

Pros

The "boots" on the ground are all great, helpful, intelligent people. The product itself is good and has the potential to be an industry leader due to lack of ties to larger, archaic systems and enterprises. Work-life balance is pretty good. Salary and benefits are just OK, they could be better.

Cons

Executive leadership lacks the experience to scale and differentiate. They are, somehow, both very micro-managers and disconnected from the reality of TC. Constant leadership and peer turnover, process changes, and poor communication. So many silos for such a small company. The culture is not as advertised; employees are concerned about speaking up due to retaliation or being ignored. Employees are not empowered to do their jobs. No way to move up, the old guard/cool kids are not going anywhere and think they know best. Sales are way down, and many employees are dejected and mostly disengaged due to the aforementioned.
