Great collective in a fascinating technology area

Pros
The whole graph database and analytics domain is fascinating, I think the most interesting area nowadays. Within this, TigerGraph is a leading player and partly it is because of the great team we have. I have been working here for almost 4 years, and found the community friendly and helpful, and fun people. The technology is great to work with, it grows and evolves fast, there are some challenges, but it's part of the fun (I am never bored, but also not under extreme stress, so it's motivating, not exhausting).
Cons
Not much really. There was a somewhat difficult period recently, but we are over it and things are back on track. Internal communication between tech teams could be better, but there are initiatives to improve it.
