Pros

Good benefits, 20 PTO days available per year, good health insurance, amazing discount, pretty decent company culture

Cons

People who really should be let go get shuffled from department to department, the only way to get ahead is NOT to be good at your job, it's to suck up to the right person at the right place. Little opportunity for growth. When people leave it takes months to get them replaced, if they are ever replaced, causing confusion for communication across all channels. Pay in certain channels/positions is laughable, with few incentives or options to make more money. Every good idea is run through committee 900 times until it's no longer viable.

Pros

Positive atmospher and diverse culture. A since of community in the bag messanger world. Handmade bags in the US are the best products. Great warranty.

Cons

Bro mentality and heavy drinkers beer is always on tap and there are always parties happening. Lack of communication throughout the company in each sector of the business. Its all about making money and spending the least amount of money to do so. ...including for their employees. Get them drunk, they will forget.

Chaotic but with Great Potential

Pros

Most of the people are passionate, fun and great at their jobs. The office is open and most positions allow you to come in and work and get your job done when you need to get it done (no strict scheduling outside of Sales/Customer Service). They offer work-from-home days, lunch twice a week, office bike share and commuter benefits. Many customers are crazy-fun diehards of the brand.

Cons

There is a lack of brand direction and a lot of confusion about who the target consumer is or should be. There is minimal internal process that results in double work or constant catch up. There is minimal job and position framework and there are almost no career pathways or opportunities for internal promotion. When one employee leaves, their position is absorbed by leftover team members who are already over-worked.
