      Pros

      The only pro would be to get the name 'Time Inc' on your CV if you're looking to sustain a career within Media.

      Cons

      Awful management, no career progression, as a Sales job it is the least 'salesy' job you will ever experience, the markets are dying and the targets increase, the company has no structure or business plan effectively, comission structure very capped and targets are un-achievable AND on your first paycheck they will pay double, which means when you go to leave you are expected to pay a month's wage back (speaking from experience) - after I left they overpaid me 3 times, how is that even possible?! Really left a bad taste in my mouth from the amount of stress this company has caused me, would not recommend to anyone.

      Great colleagues, plenty of learning and development opportunities, great brands to work on

      Cons

      Senior management given a poor deck of cards to play (debt levels) after company was spun-off by Time Warner. Uncertainty about what will happen after Meredith takeover

      Pros

      The number one UK magazine publisher. Excellent globally known brands and is one of the best known magazine global publishers.

      Cons

      With the divisions I worked with there is very little evidence that staff are motivated to move the business forward. More of a can't do than can do culture.
