Pros

-Snacks -Booze -Nice office -Paid parking -Promise of profit sharing...oh wait that is a lie, it will never happen... it is a recruiting trick! -You can screw around half the day and get paid -The owners and leadership are not even remotely competent enough to understand what you do in your job, so you can basically give them complete BS until they decide they no longer like you and fire you out of the blue. -They ultimately want to sell, so it won’t last forever -They have a race car!

Cons

-The 5 stars that you see by anyone is being paid or threatened with being fired to post “positive” reviews -Leadership get fat paychecks and fly across the world first class on company money, while they hire a crap ton of cheap interns to do work they don’t understand half of. -Mindfulness...I think they missed the boat on what mindfulness really is. -Be prepared to have the CEO go into fits of shaking rage often...very often! Best thing to do is let him go have a smoke...and go home sick. -You will be angry after you work here and realize it’s nothing you were promised. This happens to everyone all around the globe. You just got sucked in by complete lies. -People turn against each other to save their own jobs...watch out!

Pros

- Unlimited sick leave, paternal/maternal leave, etc. - Tons of over perks including travel, dining, accommodations, etc. if the CEO likes you.

Cons

- Abusive CEO will be heard screaming at someone for their incompetence every hour. This behavior penetrates all levels of the management as an acceptable leadership style. - CEO's wife tries to brainwash you with constantly changing cultural messaging. This includes a yearly mandatory weekend meeting for which you are not re-compensated for in PTO. - Employees are either underpaid or under-qualified for their roles. The company is quite desperate to hire so will take anyone but be weary, firings happen monthly.

NOT what it looks like.

Pros

In operation for more than ten years, but still calls itself and acts like a startup. There are more new people than experienced, long-term employees, which makes this the perfect place to develop yourself and learn how to act in chaos and build your resume getting more responsibility than you could hope for.

Cons

Don’t expect work/life balance or any kind of balance. If you prefer not to be yelled at, this is not for you.
