Pros

Salary on time. Employee benefits

Cons

Haven't seen a worst , Arrogant and high headed CHRO in my 2 decades of working across higher education companies. Doesn't care 2 hoot about anyone except his own image on LinkedIn. I know a an ex employee who had 7 year tenure here, top performer and the chief people officer did not meet him once on his exit. No efforts to retain, just plain arrogance. Confused and chaotic leadership. I was hired for a certain Line of buisness, given something else. In my tenure of 3 years, I had 4 different reporting managers and 3 different line of business. Times pro hired and were a 1000 head count in 2022. Fast forward 2023, people were fired with no rhyme and reason. Just that, we don't have work for you.. why then hire people en masse on the first place? Guess what, top leadership remains intact. No accountability there. No heads were rolled.

We are sorry to learn about your experience. At TimesPro, we prioritise performance, outcomes, and behaviour as key determinants of success. In cases where performance falls short, unfortunately, we part ways with staff, as this is aligned with our performance culture. We have an open-door policy where staff members are free to fix meetings with leadership. We also have a structured exit management process, providing exiting staff with opportunities to engage with HR Partners and leaders as needed. It's worth mentioning that we are proud to have a decent percentage of staff re-joining us after leaving. We remain committed to bettering our engagement initiatives and actively working towards creating a more supportive and transparent work environment for everyone involved.

Pros

Frankly, there's nothing positive to say about Times Pro. Very few leaders provide motivation and learning opportunities. Individuals like Brillian, the HR head, have a toxic personality and ensure the company is not employee-oriented. The pay package is low, and you're constantly given tasks outside your profile. Business HR, HR team, and HR policies are not employee-friendly. Policies are adjusted based on Brillian's personal needs and mood. Many leaders, particularly in HR and finance, are incredibly rude and insult rather than address your concerns. It's a completely toxic environment.

Cons

The early years of TimesPro were positive and healthy. However, when Brillian took charge of most decisions, TimesPro turned completely toxic.
