      - No space for new people - You would not know who is in charge - Everyone is a boss - No direction or plan for new people - Not a professional place to work at - If you are in a growth period in your career, look for a real firm to work for

      I can't really think of any pros

      Cons

      The management likes to micro manage everyone. The safety there is really good but so good they make it hard to even do your job then get mad when you can't do it. The place was a great place to work till Covid hit, it all went down hill after that.
