      can't think of any to be honest

      Cons

      favoritism is high, hate the place. Worst employment in my life, some hit and miss colleagues. Too much micro managing on CCTV, level of trust is low. Minor racisim going around and managment had little to no idea. Diversity , yes. Inclusivity, no.
