Let's start with this. This is a cult. Not a company. Everything goes only how the big boy Balina says. No one has the courage to say something contrary to what he says, and everybody you know, kiss his ...The boy is a control freak and shady to the moon and back.
1. If you want to have 3 evaluations per week, 4 by month, 1 every 3 months, and the big one after 6, go ahead. Lose your head.
2. Chaos. a lot of it. Start this, do that, call now, I need now..
3. I've seen more people flying out from this company than heads chopped off in Game of Thrones. Every few months, a batch of people fly away from the company.
4. They don't have money to build. They don't have the talent to do it. They don't know what they are doing.Most of the employees are Indians. no racism. It's just a fact.
5.They sell like the big players in the market, but they are ages far from reaching that level.
6. When I got hired and asked about payment, I gave back a range $ answer, and of course, they offered me the low end of it. No raise in more than a year. they told me it is a bonus after one year. no bonus. after 3 months they offered us shares and clearly explained this was a bonus. after one year, I got the shares, and guess what? can't sell but I can buy them if I want :))) they treated me like like a disposable when I raised the problem and got rid of me one week after I started to ask about it.
7. Big boy Balina didn't even talk to me or thanked me for the 16-17 months in the company and the HR lady threatened me with a law suit.
8. Half of team that i was resigned when i was fired for asking for my bonus.
bottom line. avoid this. is toxic, they don't have money, they don't pay well, there are absolutely no benefits, you have to work and be in calls all day long and more than that.
