Large flexi-time windows, paid time and 3/4 overtime (both very rare in the design industry), work from home flexibility and a workshop next door so you can pop down and ask any technical questions and see the products being made. Great place to finesse the basics of Sketch-Up and bespoke joinery and kitchen drawings.
Cons
Awkward location, kind of impossible to get to unless you drive and super bad for traffic. Quite a depressing office with a call centre vibe. Not much development once you've learnt the basics and can become quite repetitive. Sales designers can become quite snappy and incompetent with their designs.

There are a number of ways to get to our offices using public transport with trams and buses but appreciate this depends on your location and the shifts worked etc.
